Ricetta in italiano and English recipe
Ingredienti
per la frolla (aumentate le dosi per uno stampo grande o per poterla surgelare ed avere sempre a disposizione)
200 g di farina
2 tuorli
140 g di burro
90 g di zucchero
scorza di limone
un pizzico di sale
Per la crema al mascarpone
250 ml di panna fresca
225 g di mascarpone
90 g di zucchero a velo
2 cestini grandi di fragole
Procedimento
Montate la foglia alla planetaria ed inserite il burro, il sale, lo zucchero e limone. Proseguite con tuorli e farina. Mescolate fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio ed omogeneo. Avvolgete con la pellicola e riponete a riposare in frigorifero per almeno un'ora (potete prepararla la sera precedente)
Stendete la pasta frolla e foderate uno stampo per crostate imburrato ed infarinato.
Bucherellate il fondo con i rebbi di una forchetta. Coprite con carta forno e riempite con le palline di ceramica o legumi secchi per la cottura alla cieca.
Infornate 20/25 minuti a 170/180 ° scoprendo gli ultimi 5 minuti (cioè togliete palline/legumi e foglio carta forno). Lasciate raffreddare.
Montate la frusta alla planetaria ed inserite gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere una massa ben montata (oppure usate le fruste elettriche).
Riempite il guscio di frolla con crema al mascarpone.
Lavate ed asciugate le fragole. Tagliatele a rondelle (non taglio verticale ma in sezione). Distribuite le rondelle di fragole affondandole leggermente nella crema e partendo dall'esterno sovrapponendole in parte. Proseguite fino ad arrivare al centro. Io ho disposto al centro una fragolina intagliata. Fiori di boraggine per decorare. Potete spargere dello zucchero a velo in superficie se le fragole non fossero molto dolci.
Potete sostituire la crema al mascarpone con crema pasticcera.
Conservate in frigorifero.

225 g of mascarpone
90 g of powdered sugar
2 large baskets of strawberries
Method
Beat the butter, salt, sugar and lemon.
Add the egg yolks and the flour.
Knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Wrap with food wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Roll out the pastry and line a buttered and floured pie tin.
Prick the bottom with the prongs of a fork. Cover with parchment paper and filled with ceramic balls or dried vegetables for blind cooking.
Bake 20/25 minutes at 170/180 ° and uncovered the last 5 minutes.
Let it cool.
Whip all the ingredients for the mascarpone cream.
Fill the shortcrust pastry with mascarpone cream.
Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut them into washers (not vertical cut but in section). Distribute the strawberries by sinking them lightly in the cream and starting from the outside overlapping in part. Continue until you get to the center.
