Starter of red mullet accompanied with a soup of chickpeas and a light fondue of buffalo mozzarella; first course N'dunderi, originally from the Amalfi Coast, similar to gnocchi but prepared with flour, eggs and ricotta served with a sauce of cauliflower, Taggiasca olives and orange; dessert with jivara milk chocolate, Taggiasca olives and jasmine tea sorbet.
