Flowery tiramisu

INGREDIENTS (Tiramisu)
- Prepare the tiramisu with your favorite recipe or with mine that you can find HERE.
60 g of sugar - 30 g of flour
- 20 g of bitter cocoa
- A pinch of salt
- 60 g of soft butter
- Edible flowers of theHerb Farm
PROCEDURE
- Mix the dry ingredients with a spoon. Add the butter in flakes and mix with your fingertips to obtain a crumbly mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cocoa crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° for about 10 minutes, stirring once.

- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool. Crumble the mixture again and use it on the surface of your tiramisu.
- Now you can 'plant' your edible flowers or sprouts.
- I made the tiramisu in Churchill food jars (you can find them in different sizes and in a grey colour variant).
