Flowery tiramisu

INGREDIENTS (Tiramisu)

  • Prepare the tiramisu with your favorite recipe or with mine that you can find HERE.

    60 g of sugar
  • 30 g of flour
  • 20 g of bitter cocoa
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60 g of soft butter
  • Edible flowers of theHerb Farm

PROCEDURE

  • Mix the dry ingredients with a spoon. Add the butter in flakes and mix with your fingertips to obtain a crumbly mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cocoa crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° for about 10 minutes, stirring once.
  • Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool. Crumble the mixture again and use it on the surface of your tiramisu.
  • Now you can 'plant' your edible flowers or sprouts.
  • I made the tiramisu in Churchill food jars (you can find them in different sizes and in a grey colour variant).
