INGREDIENTS
- 12 tablespoons of flour
- 12 tablespoons of sugar
- 12 tablespoons whole milk (or water)
- 12 tablespoons corn oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 organic lemon (grated peel)
- icing sugar for decoration
- butter and flour for the mold or release spray or baking paper
PROCEDURE
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the grated lemon zest, vanilla sugar, seed oil and milk alternating with the sifted flour and yeast.
- Mix well and pour into a buttered and floured mold.
- Cook at 180° for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (you can also fill it if you prefer).
